What a typical meeting looks like each month at our post:We come in around 630pm and the post has free food waiting there as members come in. Everyone says hello; everyone is very friendly and polite. In the beginning, I was shy so I stayed to myself until I got to know a few guys over time. Now I consider them part of my family. We tell jokes or make fun of each other. No one talks about what he or she did in the military, it's no ones business but your own.We do not have a bar so we don't serve alcohol. We do have a cold bud in the fridge if you want one, but mainly soda and coffee.At 7pm we start our meeting, we talk about how we can help other veterans and help the community's we live in. The meetings are over no later than 745pm. That's it! It's a wonderful post with great veterans from all over the Island.Next meeting, November 11th
